Our Story
Founded in 2008 in Dongguan, China — a region renowned for its textile heritage — Linjie Apparel began as a small knitwear workshop with 20 knitting machines and a vision: to deliver world-class knitwear to international markets.
Over 18 years, we've grown into a vertically integrated manufacturer with 600+ computerized knitting machines, an in-house dyeing facility, and a dedicated QC lab. Today, we serve 500+ active clients across 40+ countries, producing over 200,000 pieces monthly.

Knitting Workshop
600+ computerized knitting machines (Stoll & Shima Seiki). Gauge range 3GG-16GG. Capacity: 200,000+ pcs/month. Flat knit, intarsia, cable, jacquard — all stitch types supported.
Dyeing & Washing
In-house dyeing facility with low-impact dye processes. Color fastness testing per ISO standards. Piece dyeing, yarn dyeing, and garment washing services available.
Linking & Assembly
Computerized linking machines for precise panel joining. Hand-finishing for premium products. Shaping, pressing, and steam treatment for dimensional stability.
QC Lab & Testing
In-house testing lab: color fastness, pilling resistance, dimensional stability, composition analysis. AQL 2.5 final inspection. Third-party inspection welcome.
Design & Development
In-house design team for trend forecasting and sketch-to-sample development. 3D knit programming capabilities. Trend presentations available for client collections.
Packing & Logistics
Custom packaging: branded polybags, hangtags, care labels, gift boxes. FOB/CIF shipment worldwide. Container consolidation services. 7-day port access from Dongguan.

2008
Founded in Dongguan
Started with 20 flat knitting machines and 5 skilled craftsmen. First export order: 2,000 sweaters to a European distributor.
2012
First OEKO-TEX Certification
Earned OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. Expanded to 200 machines. Entered North American market with first US retail client.
2016
BSCI & ISO 9001 Certified
Social compliance and quality management certifications earned. Added in-house dyeing facility. Monthly capacity reached 100,000 pcs.
2020
GOTS Organic Line Launched
Introduced certified organic cotton knitwear line. Upgraded to 500+ Stoll/Shima machines. Expanded QC lab with composition testing capabilities.
